OMG, Laura! I am SO sorry for the late reply. I kept thinking I’d answered this and then realized I hadn’t when I went to update my website. In answer to your question, when you buy from my shop, you get the book from BookFunnel, which will ask how you intend to read the book. Hoopla and Libby, I believe, are exclusive to their respective platforms. Meaning, to read the book in either of those, you need to get the book through either Hoopla or Libby. Same with Google Play. But you can read the books through my shop through any device: phone, tablet, computer. The link BookFunnel takes you through makes it pretty easy.
