Well, it’s official. My sleep rhythms are WAY off. At nearly 2 a.m, I’m wide awake. But catch me at ten in the morning, and I’m yawning. Holiday hours make me wonky. I’ve been editing and formatting, but I’m behind on a current WIP I’m self-publishing. Gotta crack that whip…just as soon as I finish my Christmas shopping. Man. I thought I was done. But I have not yet bought stocking stuffers or the pickle present.
I first saw the pickle in Germany back in ’96. A glass pickle ornament gets hidden on the tree Christmas day. Whoever finds it first gets the pickle present–usually something small but fun for the winner. This year the Christmas tree is smaller, at kid eye-level. So the challenge will be on between the 8 and 10-year-old.
Only three more days until Christmas! Hope I can last. *grin* Check out our festive pics…
