It’s been a lloonnnnggg year for many of us. I’ve had a lot of professional trials, tribulations (I just had to use trials and tribulations in the same sentence  🙂 ), and some pleasant successes. Next year I’ll be going back to putting out more books than I did in 2016. Several for Sourcebooks, Samhain, and myself. I’m also happy to report that I’ve been reading a lot more than I did in the past few years, and it’s really helped me creatively.

We’re having a snowy Christmas. The tree and lights are up, all but one present has been wrapped and put under the tree (because my 11 years old is way too nosy to set it out early), and the dog and cat are “enjoying” my mother’s dog, who along with Mom and her significant other, are here for the holidays.
